Scorpion does not ask its dealers for outrageous start-up fees, overhead costs, or franchise fees associated with other spray-on polyurethane systems. Scorpion has a dedicated OEM team with a long history of dealing with OEM’s and their specialized needs.

Product
As for the product, no one offers anything better than Scorpion. Scorpion is available in 10 basic colors, but you can create any color you want. Scorpion’s unique formula is 100% UV stable, meaning it will never fade or degrade no matter how harsh the sunlight. Both the color and the UV protection are part of the Scorpion formula, so there is no need to apply a topcoat over and over again. Only Scorpion gives a lifetime guarantee on the color of the application because of these aspects.

Scorpion is also anti-static and non-skid. You can change the texture of coating by further adding granules to create more texture and create even more grip. If you are looking to create a smoother texture, we can do that too. We even have anti-bacterial and fire retardant coatings! At Scorpion we tailor our products to fit your needs.

Versatility
The Scorpion system is engineered to be the most versatile system in the world. If polyurethane is the right coating for the job then Scorpion is the perfect system. Because Scorpion will bond to almost anything, it can be applied to a broad range of materials. And because Scorpion's application is not affected by temperature or moisture, it can be applied in a wide range of conditions.

System
Compared to other systems that cost £10,000 or more, there is no comparison. The Scorpion system is so simple that most of our dealers train by watching a DVD. Scorpion’s product contains very few isocyanates and no silicones, so you don’t have to worry about enclosures, full respirators, humidity, and all the other variables you have to eliminate with our competitors’ systems.

Scorpion also does not require a high-pressure system - 18.5 cfm at 90 psi is all that is recommended. For those Applicators who want hands-on training, Scorpion will be happy to arrange a training day at our facilities in Suffolk. This will take a ½ day and includes hands-on preparation and spraying under the supervision of our expert staff. If you desire training at your facility, this can be arranged at a nominal charge to cover time and travel expenses for our field trainers. Regardless of how you receive your initial training, as a Licensed Scorpion Dealer you may receive additional training at the Scorpion facility anytime at NO additional charge.
